The Oaks, Mosaic’s independent living facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin, is designed for seniors who value their independence, but want freedom from the responsibilities of home ownership and maintenance.

The beautifully landscaped 17.5-acre property features hiking trails, a community garden, a gazebo and more – perfect for outdoor activities.
Frequent social, cultural, educational and recreational opportunities are also available. These are organized by a full-time manager who also coordinates referrals for any personal and health care needs.

Floor Plans
The Oaks is comprised of 36 one and two-bedroom apartments with differing floor plans that range in size from 625 to 1,025 square feet. All rooms are fully ADA accessible, with easy access to emergency call buttons.
